Immediately call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room for urgent medical care. Acute Care Homeopathic Appointments are designed to support common, self-limiting viral or bacterial illnesses, including COVID-19, Influenza, earaches or swimmer’s ear, sore throat, hand-foot-and-mouth disease, poison ivy or poison sumac rashes, stomach viruses, and similar conditions. Scheduling & Availability If a same-day Acute Care Homeopathic Appointment is needed, please email me at healnaturallyhomeopathy@gmail.com and text 978-500-3437 by 11:00 AM. I will respond as soon as I am able to schedule your appointment. Regular office hours are Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, beginning at 1:00 PM. Acute Care Homeopathic Appointments may also be available on Tuesdays and Thursdays, depending on availability. Appointment Details & Fees Your initial Acute Care Appointment typically lasts 1 hour and includes the consultation, remedy differentiation, and a review of remedy instructions. The fee for this one-hour appointment is $80.00. Though not always needed, one or two brief phone call follow-ups may be needed during the course of your acute symptoms for potency or dosing adjustments or a change in remedy. These follow-up appointments typically occur within 7–10 days of the initial visit and usually last approximately 15 minutes by phone. The Acute Care Follow-Up appointments are prorated at $20.00 per 15-minute session.

This policy ensures that all clients have fair access to available appointment times. Thank You! Homeopathic Appointment Fee Policy: Appointments are scheduled to support individualized care. Some cases may require more or less than the standard appointment length. To ensure transparency and fairness, we now use Prorated Billing for all appointments which exceed or need less than their designated time, which are billed at $20.00 per 15 minutes.
