Comprehensive Homeopathic Consultation with Board Certified Homeopath Marcia Nims, RN, BSN , BA, CCH-IACH DiHOM This appointment includes a 1½–2-hour online consultation, with an additional 2–2½ hours of professional case analysis completed after our initial appointment. Post-consultation case analysis is spent reviewing your relevant records, the interview notes, health history and health timeline notes. In addition, conducting in-depth case analysis, individualized remedy research and differentiation and selection. Detailed remedy instructions will be emailed to you. To ensure our Initial Homeopathic Consultation time is used productively, please submit your New Client Forms at least 3–5 business days prior to your scheduled appointment. Follow Up Care A complimentary 15-minute check-in call approximately one week after beginning your remedy with ongoing email support as needed at no additional cost. *Please note that email support is intended for brief questions and progress updates. It is not a substitute for scheduled follow-up appointments or for urgent or acute care needs.

This policy ensures that all clients have fair access to available appointment times. Thank You! Homeopathic Appointment Fee Policy: Appointments are scheduled to support individualized care. Some cases may require more or less than the standard 60 minutes. To ensure transparency and fairness, we now use Prorated Billing for follow-up appointments, which are billed at $20.00 per 15 minutes.
